Pricing reflects the use of premium materials, designer ribbon, officially licensed ribbon (where applicable), and the craftsmanship involved in creating each handmade piece.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

The Matthew John Collective reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Payment is required in full before any order is processed or shipped.

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product listing.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Matthew John Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside of our control.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
